to stay up to date on Associations news, events, elections, and projects. The portal is accessible to members 24 hours day – 7 days a week!
What’s inside?
The Portal contains a variety of functions including a RESOURCES library where Owners can view
the associations governing documents (CC& R’s, By-laws, Budget, Rules & Regulations, etc.) and
up to one year of signed Board Meeting Minutes.
Through the Messaging Center under the MY ACCOUNT option, Owners can submit Service Requests (e.g., Architectural modification requests, key orders, accounting questions, etc.) which are directed to the appropriate staff member for processing. Service Requests are stored in our secure database, responded to and tracked to completion.
Want to monitor your HOA account activity? Click on the MY ACCOUNT link and Account Status & History to
view up to 6 months of account activity. Or, set up Auto-Pay with your Association’s Bank by
clicking the PAYMENT link at the top of the screen.
Stay up to date on important Association news by viewing the Bulletin Board under the
CONNECT link. Recent or urgent notices are posted regularly so that Owners can stay current
and informed about important issues and activities. As an added convenience, urgent or
time-sensitive notices are E-blasted to participating Homeowners.
